Integrated consideration of automation projects with the integration of the hardware in the field of electrical and instrumentation technology is an essential component of our power spectrum for years. With new integrated methods and systems in the CAE-/CAD-field we face up to the challenges of the market. Our responsible project engineers are your reliable partners from the project study to the detailed engineering.

Basic engineering

Understandable strategies are an important component in the consulting and designing phase. Besides offering technical solutions to the customer, the life cycle of an automation system is a target for GESAT, in order to guarantee a lasting investment protection.

Survey for the basic engineering:

  • Basic determination,
Costs and availability, safety, site consideration, demand of energy, consideration of the official reglementations.
  • pre - designing,
Larger definition of the system concept after coordinated operational sequence. Definition of the automation strategy.
  • Basic planning,
Coarse and fine specification, determine functions, measuring equipment and electrotechnical mechanisms. Inquiries of the device technique.

Detail engineering

After basic engineering the documentations for assembly and commissioning have to be created for further design. With the aid of modern CAE-/CAD systems and in-house software developments we implement qualitative projects in a low-cost way.

Survey for the documentation preparation:

  • Field planning
Specify the entire device technique for instrumentation units and electrical engineering.
  • Central facilities
Documentation of switchrooms, current supplies, cable routes, analysis technique, light installations, medium and low-voltage switchboards, automation system.
  • Circuit diagrams
Preparation of the performing and circuit diagrams for instrumentation and electrotechnique, control cabinet documentation inclusive structure-, terminal- and wiring/terminal diagrams.
  • Assembly documentation
Assembly arrangements for instrumentation, controls and electrotechnique, materialists, site plans, cable routing plans.
  • Analyses of vendors and orders for the devices technology.
